We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Restaurant Supervisor to assist in the daily operations of our establishment. This role requires effective team management, ensuring that all staff members deliver high-quality service while maintaining food safety and handling standards.

Duties

Manage daily restaurant operations, including staff supervision and scheduling Oversee food preparation and cooking processes to ensure quality and consistency Implement and maintain food safety and handling standards in compliance with health regulations Utilize POS systems, such as Micros POS, for efficient order processing and cash handling Train, interview, and develop staff members to enhance their skills in food service and hospitality Foster a positive work environment that encourages teamwork and high performance Address customer inquiries and complaints promptly to ensure satisfaction Monitor inventory levels and assist with ordering supplies as needed Conduct regular inspections of the restaurant to maintain cleanliness and organization

Skills

Proven experience in restaurant management with a focus on team management Strong knowledge of food preparation, cooking techniques, and kitchen operations Familiarity with POS systems, particularly Micros POS, for efficient transaction processing Excellent customer service skills with the ability to handle difficult situations gracefully Background in food handling practices and food safety regulations Leadership qualities that inspire staff to perform at their best Experience in interviewing potential candidates for various roles within the restaurant Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
