We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Restaurant Supervisor to oversee daily operations in our vibrant dining establishment. Duties
Supervise daily restaurant operations, including staff management and customer service and events
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, including food handling and preparation standards.
Mentor, and evaluate staff performance to enhance team productivity.
Handle customer inquiries and complaints promptly to ensure satisfaction.
Oversee the use of POS systems for efficient order processing and payment handling.
Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely food preparation and presentation.
Develop and implement strategies to improve service quality and operational efficiency.
Skills
Proven experience in restaurant supervision or similar roles within the food industry.
Strong knowledge of food preparation techniques and kitchen operations.
Excellent customer service skills with the ability to resolve conflicts effectively.
Proficient in supervising staff and managing team dynamics.
Familiarity with POS systems for transaction processing.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
Strong organizational skills with the capability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Knowledge of health regulations related to food handling and safety practices.
