We are seeking a
Fine Dining Restaurant Supervisor
who leads with composure, attention to detail, and a genuine passion for hospitality excellence.
Key Responsibilities
Lead floor operations during service, ensuring YuLan SOPs are consistently followed
Ensure employees are following SOPs
Support all the team members and be aligned with the management team.
Maintain a calm, elegant dining room atmosphere at all times
Ensure staff use professional language and uphold YuLan service tone
Oversee table maintenance, silent service standards, and reset procedures
Assist with training new FOH team members on YuLan SOPs and service philosophy
Possess a working knowledge of the systems used within our company. A successful Manager will be proficient in the following:
Opening and closing procedures
Producing accurate monthly inventories
Food knowledge(Knowledge of Chinese/ Asian food is preferred) & Beverage knowledge
Toast POS system
OpenTable reservation system
Qualifications
Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a fine dining or upscale restaurant environment
Previous Lead Server, Supervisor, or shift-lead experience preferred
Strong willingness to learn and execute fine dining service flow, wine knowledge, and beverage standards
Excellent communication skills with a proven ability to manage and resolve guest or team concerns gracefully
Calm, composed, and polished demeanor in high-pressure service situations
Ability to lead by example with professionalism, warmth, and attention to detail
Knowledge of or passion for Asian / Chinese food and beverage culture is an asset
