We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Restaurant Supervisor or server wanting a little more to oversee mostly afternoon nd evening shifts in our fast-paced dining establishment. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in the food industry, demonstrating exceptional leadership and customer service skills. This role is crucial for ensuring that our restaurant runs smoothly, providing an outstanding dining experience for our guests.
Responsibilities
Oversee all restaurant operations, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
Manage staff.
Supervise food preparation and cooking processes to maintain high-quality standards.
Handle cash management and POS transactions accurately using systems such as Micros POS.
Ensure excellent customer service by addressing guest inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
Maintain inventory levels of food and supplies, placing orders as necessary.
Monitor food safety practices and ensure proper food handling procedures are followed.
Collaborate with kitchen staff to create menus that reflect seasonal offerings and customer preferences.
Serve when necessary.
Requirements
Open availability.
Live nearby and is available to work without needing a work visa.
Excellent leadership skills.
Exceptional customer service skills with a focus on guest satisfaction.
Background in serving and with food handling and safety regulations.
Previous supervisory experience.
