We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Restaurant Manager to oversee daily operations in our fast-paced dining establishment. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in the food industry, demonstrating exceptional leadership and customer service skills. This role is crucial for ensuring that our restaurant runs smoothly, providing an outstanding dining experience for our guests while managing a talented team.

Responsibilities

Oversee all restaurant operations, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations. Manage staff, including hiring, training, scheduling, and performance evaluations. Supervise food preparation and cooking processes to maintain high-quality standards. Handle cash management and POS transactions accurately using systems such as Micros POS. Ensure excellent customer service by addressing guest inquiries and resolving issues promptly. Maintain inventory levels of food and supplies, placing orders as necessary. Implement effective marketing strategies to promote the restaurant and increase patronage. Monitor food safety practices and ensure proper food handling procedures are followed. Collaborate with kitchen staff to create menus that reflect seasonal offerings and customer preferences. Swrve when necessary.

Requirements

Proven experience in restaurant management or a similar role within the food service industry. Open availability. Live nearby and is available to work without needing a work visa. Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team. Exceptional customer service skills with a focus on guest satisfaction. Background in food handling and safety regulations. Previous supervisory experience is essential. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
