Overview

Our Food & Beverage Supervisors lead the daily operations of our restaurant, lounge, and in-room dining, ensuring quality service, team engagement, and operational excellence. What You'll Do
Supervise daily operations of the restaurant, lounge, and room service.
Ensure consistent service standards in line with SilverBirch expectations.
Monitor food and beverage preparation and presentation to guarantee quality.
Handle guest concerns and complaints promptly, ensuring effective service recovery.
Support marketing and sales initiatives to drive revenue growth.
Manage inventory levels, ordering, and accurate billing for outlets and functions.
Control costs through effective scheduling, budgeting, and expense management.
Motivate and reward top-performing associates, fostering a positive and supportive work environment.
Recruit, train, and onboard new associates, providing continuous coaching and development.
Promote upselling initiatives and incentive programs to maximize sales.
Monitor compliance with health, safety, and OH&S standards, ensuring a safe workplace.
Actively participate in environmental and sustainability initiatives.
Keep the Food & Beverage Manager and Hotel Manager informed of operational matters.
Perform additional duties and projects as assigned by leadership.
What You Bring
2-3 years of leadership experience in Food & Beverage within a high-volume operation.
Strong leadership, motivational, and training abilities.
Proven track record in driving revenue, promotions, and team performance.
Excellent customer service and employee relations skills.
Previous bartending experience is an asset.
Experience with XN POS/POS systems and basic computer applications.
Financial planning, forecasting, and scheduling experience.
Organized, detail-oriented, and proactive problem solver with strong conflict resolution skills.
Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Working Conditions
Fast-paced hospitality environment with frequent guest interaction.
Standing and walking for extended periods.
Occasional lifting of supplies up to 25 lbs.
Schedule flexibility required, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
