We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Restaurant Manager to oversee the daily operations of our establishment. As the Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for managing staff, maintaining operational standards, and fostering a welcoming atmosphere.
Responsibilities
Lead and manage restaurant staff, including hiring, training, and scheduling employees to ensure efficient operations.
Oversee food preparation and presentation to maintain quality standards and compliance with health regulations.
Ensure excellent customer service by addressing guest inquiries, resolving complaints, and creating a positive dining experience.
Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed to maintain kitchen efficiency.
Implement marketing strategies to attract new customers and retain existing ones.
Conduct regular inspections of the restaurant to ensure cleanliness and adherence to safety standards.
Collaborate with kitchen staff to develop menus that meet customer preferences while maximizing profitability.
Maintain financial records, including budgeting and forecasting for operational expenses.
