Responsibilities

Lead and manage restaurant staff, including hiring, training, and scheduling employees to ensure efficient operations. Oversee food preparation and presentation to maintain quality standards and compliance with health regulations. Ensure excellent customer service by addressing guest inquiries, resolving complaints, and creating a positive dining experience. Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed to maintain kitchen efficiency. Implement marketing strategies to attract new customers and retain existing ones. Conduct regular inspections of the restaurant to ensure cleanliness and adherence to safety standards. Collaborate with kitchen staff to develop menus that meet customer preferences while maximizing profitability. Maintain financial records, including budgeting and forecasting for operational expenses.

Skills

Strong leadership abilities with experience in managing teams in a fast-paced environment. Proficient in food service management practices, including food handling and preparation techniques. Excellent customer service skills with a focus on hospitality and guest satisfaction. Knowledge of kitchen operations and restaurant management software is preferred. Ability to multitask effectively while maintaining attention to detail in a busy setting. Strong communication skills to interact effectively with staff, customers, and vendors. A passion for the food industry with an understanding of current trends in dining experiences.
