About the Service Manager Role:
Full-time, salaried, management position, reporting directly to the General Manager
Directly responsible for the Server team, ensuring adherence to Beertown service standards.
Operates shifts with excellence, leading to increases in sales week over week, year over year.
Leading & coaching service team in fulfilling steps of service and all side-work both pre and post-service
Handles any service or Guest concerns during the shift with Hospitality from the Heart
Hire, train, mentor and schedule (weekly) Server team
Facilitate Focus of the Week program for Front of House
Monitor daily cleanliness of restaurant, attacking any cleaning & repair concerns with urgency
Manage reservation book in concert with Front of House Management Team.
Assist in managing costs related to service - Front of House Labour & Uniform Inventory, Local Store Marketing (to name a few)
Drive on going learning of Service team via participation in our online learning software
Service Manager Earnings & Perks:
$55,000 - $60,000 annual salary
+ 6,000 Annual Bonus Incentive (paid quarterly as earned vs targets)
