Overview

We are looking for a restaurant server to join our energetic and lively team. The ideal server will exhibit a robust work ethic, teamwork orientation, and a drive to provide outstanding guest service.

Duties & Responsibilities

Provide outstanding and captivating customer service to ensure an unforgettable dining experience for all patrons. Assist customers in understanding menu options with clear and supportive guidance. Manage bill transactions using different payment methods. Demonstrates correct cash handling protocols by attending to the point-of-sale system after each transaction, accurately arranging money, returning change to customers, and adhering to proper checkout procedures. Adhere to restaurant protocols, guidelines, and service benchmarks. Possess a comprehensive understanding of beverage selections and promotional offers. Familiarize oneself with all menu items, including garnishes, ingredients, and preparation techniques. Adhere strictly to safety and hygiene regulations when handling food and drinks. Fulfills all designated tasks for opening, operating, and closing procedures. Fulfill any additional responsibilities as delegated.

Job Requirements

Driven by self-motivation to learn and achieve goals. Possesses strong organizational abilities, capable of maintaining composure and efficiency in high-pressure situations. One to two years' experience working as a food & beverage server (preferred) Smart Serve certification (required)
