Prince Edward Island Preserve Company is seeking guest-centric food servers in our full-service, high volume restaurant, in New Glasgow, PEI. We offer a relaxed dining experience in one of the most iconic locations on the island. For over 35 years, we have striven to use the freshest ingredients in the preparation of our menu items, and are known for their excellent guest service and delectable dining experiences.

Restaurant Server~ Must Haves

• An understanding of the hospitality industry! The guest needs to leave the establishment with a smile so wide that they will give us raving reviews, thus sending more people to come and dine at the PEI Preserve Company! It is every person on the team who makes that happen!

• Ability to multitask and prioritize
• An eye for clean- some people see dirt... some people don't.... oh... and the passion to change it if it's not clean .

Restaurant Server ~ The Basics

Restaurant Server ~ Requirements and Qualifications~

• High school diploma or GED certificate
• Experience in bartending, hospitality, or as a host/hostess, food server, or barista (preferred)
• Guest service, multitasking, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to memorize and recall menu items
• Physical stamina to work on your feet throughout your shift

Pay: $16.00 per hour

Expected hours: 15 - 40 per week

Ability to commute/relocate:

• New Glasgow, PE: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
