As a Server, you will be responsible for creating memorable dining experiences for our guests while efficiently managing your time and tasks.

Responsibilities

Greet and seat guests in a friendly manner, ensuring they feel welcomed and valued. Take accurate food and beverage orders using the POS system, specifically Micros POS, ensuring all details are captured correctly. Deliver food and drinks promptly while maintaining high standards of presentation. Provide knowledgeable recommendations to guests, including upselling menu items when appropriate. Monitor guest satisfaction throughout their dining experience and address any concerns promptly. Handle cash transactions accurately, including processing payments and providing change as needed. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area, adhering to sanitation standards at all times. Assist in food preparation as needed, ensuring compliance with food safety regulations. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service and quality control of dishes served.

Experience

Previous experience in the food service industry is preferred, with a focus on restaurant experience. Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage positively with guests. Familiarity with food handling procedures and safety regulations is essential. Basic math skills for handling transactions and managing checks effectively. Time management skills to prioritize tasks during busy shifts efficiently. Experience with cash handling and cashiering responsibilities is a plus. A background in hospitality or guest services will be beneficial for this role.
