Job Opportunity: Restaurant Server - Frob Eatery, Frobisher Inn
- Location: Iqaluit, NU
- Employment Type: Full-Time and Part-Time Positions Available
- Shift Requirements: Breakfast and Lunch Service; Weekend Shifts May Be Required
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and seat guests in a warm and welcoming manner
- Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently
- Deliver orders promptly and ensure guest satisfaction throughout the meal
- Assist with hostess duties including managing reservations and guest flow
- Support fellow servers and team members during peak service periods
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining areas
- Process payments and handle POS transactions
- Communicate effectively with kitchen and management teams
- Uphold service standards and contribute to a positive team environment
- Previous experience in restaurant service or hospitality preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and remain composed under pressure
- Professional appearance and positive attitude
- Availability for breakfast and lunch shifts, including weekends
- Must be legally eligible to work in Canada
- Local candidates preferred; preference will be provided to those who can speak Inuktitut
