Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Server to join our dynamic team in a fast-paced restaurant environment. The ideal candidate will have a passion for guest services and a commitment to providing exceptional dining experiences. As a Server, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that our guests feel welcomed, satisfied, and eager to return.

Responsibilities

Greet and seat guests promptly, providing menus and offering assistance as needed. Take accurate food and beverage orders using the POS system, ensuring all special requests are noted. Deliver food and beverages to tables in a timely manner while maintaining high standards of presentation. Provide excellent guest services by addressing any questions or concerns regarding menu items or dietary restrictions. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure efficient food preparation and timely service. Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of the dining area, including tables, chairs, and service stations. Handle cash transactions accurately and responsibly, ensuring proper cash handling procedures are followed. Adhere to food safety regulations and guidelines to ensure the health and safety of all guests.

Experience

Previous experience in a restaurant or food service environment is preferred but not required. Strong guest service skills with the ability to create a welcoming atmosphere for all patrons. Basic math skills for handling cash transactions and processing payments accurately. Familiarity with kitchen operations, including food preparation techniques and sanitation practices. Knowledge of food safety standards is highly desirable. Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment while managing multiple tasks efficiently.

Pay: $17.85 per hour
