Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Server to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for providing exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment. As a Server, you will be responsible for ensuring that guests have an enjoyable dining experience by delivering high-quality food and beverage service, while also maintaining a clean and organized work area.

Responsibilities

Greet and seat guests in a friendly and welcoming manner. Present menus and provide detailed information about food and beverage offerings. Take accurate orders and ensure timely delivery of food and drinks to tables. Monitor guest satisfaction throughout their dining experience, addressing any needs or concerns promptly. Process payments accurately using the POS system, ensuring all transactions are handled efficiently. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure proper food preparation and presentation. Maintain cleanliness of the dining area, including tables, utensils, and service stations. Upsell menu items to enhance the guest experience and increase sales. Adhere to all food safety regulations and standards to ensure a safe dining environment.

Qualifications

Previous experience in the food service or food industry is preferred but not required. Strong knowledge of food safety practices and procedures. Excellent customer service skills with a focus on guest satisfaction. Ability to perform basic math calculations for order processing and payments. Familiarity with POS systems is a plus. Strong time management skills to handle multiple tables efficiently. Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment. Positive attitude with excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $16.00-$18.00 per hour
