Responsibilities

Greet and welcome guests in a friendly manner, providing them with menus and information about specials. Take accurate food and beverage orders using the POS system. Deliver food and drinks promptly while ensuring presentation meets restaurant standards. Monitor guest satisfaction throughout their meal and address any concerns or requests. Handle cash transactions accurately, including processing payments and providing change. Maintain cleanliness of tables, dining areas, and service stations by sanitizing surfaces regularly. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service and communicate any special dietary needs or requests from guests. Adhere to food safety guidelines to ensure the health and safety of all patrons.

Requirements

Previous experience in food service or restaurant environment is preferred but not mandatory. Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage positively with guests. Basic math skills for handling cash transactions accurately. Knowledge of food safety practices and sanitation standards. Ability to manage time effectively in a busy environment while multitasking efficiently. Excellent communication skills to work collaboratively with team members. A passion for the food industry and commitment to providing outstanding service.

Pay: $15.70-$18.92 per hour
