Main duties
  • Plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate the operations of a restaurant
  • Recruit staff, oversee staff training, set staff work schedules, and monitor staff performance
  • Resolve customer complaints and ensure health and safety regulations are followed
  • Negotiate arrangements with suppliers for food and other supplies, control inventory, monitor revenues, and modify procedures and prices
  • Manage social media marketing and negotiate arrangements with clients for catering or use of facilities for banquets
  • Determine type of services to be offered and implement operational procedures
Employment requirements
  • Completion of a college or other program related to hospitality or food and beverage service management
  • Several years of experience in the food service sector, including supervisory experience
  • Completion of a food safety certification recognized in NB (before the start date of employment)
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: $18.00-$21.00 per hour Expected hours: 30 \xe2\x80\x93 44 per week Benefits:
