What You'll Do

Lead daily operations in either the

Front of House

or

Kitchen

, ensuring exceptional quality, service, and cleanliness Coach and develop team members, fostering a culture of growth, accountability, and care Manage labor, food costs, and inventory to ensure profitability and efficiency Solve real-time challenges with confidence and composure Maintain food safety and operational standards that align with Chick-fil-A's high expectations Support a high-energy, fast-paced environment and ensure a smooth shift from open to close Collaborate with other leaders and the Operator to execute on goals and elevate team performance

What We're Looking For

At least 12 months of leadership experience in a restaurant or hospitality environment Proven ability to manage people, drive results, and maintain composure under pressure Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills Passion for service, excellence, and developing others Physical ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs Flexible availability (including evenings, weekends, and holidays)
