RESTAURANT MANAGER (Entry Level)

JOB SUMMARY
Reporting to the Assistant Outlets Manager, the Restaurant Manager at Cedars is an entry-level leadership role focused on overseeing smooth front-of-house operations during service periods. This position supports the Assistant General Manager, and General Manager in delivering amazing guest experiences, managing labour efficiently, and supporting our team by fostering a positive, energetic environment. This is an ideal opportunity for an individual with supervisory experience, who is a personable, hands-on hospitality professional looking to take the next step in their early management career.

RESPONSIBILITIES
Oversee front-of-house operations during service periods
Support the AOM, OM and Chef in maintaining service quality standards and team performance
Lead by example to foster a positive, energetic dining atmosphere
Assist with labour management and floor coverage adjustments
Provide coaching, feedback and support
Address guest concerns and ensure recovery and satisfaction
QUALIFICATIONS
1-2 years of restaurant supervisory experience or junior manager experience
Warm, professional personality with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Calm and confident in a fast-paced dining environment.
Willingness to learn and grow under the mentorship of senior leaders.
Flexible availability
Full-time, varied days, evenings, weekends & holidays
