The Role:
As an Business Development Manager, you will play a key role in expanding our customer base and driving revenue growth. This is a
hunter role
, where you will build your own territory from the ground up.
Your main responsibilities will include:
Outbound Sales
- Calling on businesses in person and on the phone, to sell our services and establish long-term customer relationships.
Customer Engagement
- Developing a strong rapport with clients through in-person visits and follow-ups.
Order Deliveries
- Personally delivering orders from the previous day's sales to build strong relationships and increase customer retention.
CRM Management
- Keeping track of customer interactions, sales progress, and follow-ups.
Quoting & Proposals
- Providing customers with competitive quotes and solutions tailored to their needs.
Vendor Managed Services
- Selling and setting up customers on our
weekly safety supply refill programs
, including first aid cabinet refills and AED inspections.
Workwear Allocation Software Sales
- Promoting our unique clothing & workboot spend management tool to help businesses optimize costs while enhancing their brand identity.

Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree or college diploma in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
0-2 years of sales experience (recent grads are encouraged to apply!).
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Ability to work independently and take initiative.
Valid Class G driver's license with 5 years experience driving in the GTA .
