Key Responsibilities
Support the Store Manager in daily operations and assist manage the floor
Assist in training, coaching and motivating team members
Ensure a clean, friendly, and welcoming environment for guests
Maintain food safety, health, and safety standards
When required, cover the Store Managers days off/vacation. Which may include cash handling and store procedures
Lead by example and deliver Tim Hortons quality service and products

Strong communication and leadership skills
Positive attitude and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
High school diploma or equivalent preferred
Previous customer service or food service experience is an asset, but not required
Must be available flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
