- Manage daily restaurant operations, including scheduling, staffing, and inventory management
- Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction through exceptional service and quality control
- Hiire, train, and develop a team of restaurant staff, including servers, bartenders, and kitchen staff
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies \xe2\x80\xa2 Manage and monitor restaurant budgets and financial performance
- Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract new customers and increase revenue
- Maintain inventory levels and oversee purchasing and receiving of restaurant supplies and equipment
- Ensure the restaurant is clean, well-maintained, and presentable at all times
- Monday to Friday
- Weekend availability
