Restaurant Manager
who can lead our team and run day-to-day operations.Job Type
Full-time Evenings, weekends, and holidays required
Responsibilities
Oversee and manage a team of 15 staff members Handle customer complaints and ensure excellent guest experience Manage scheduling, training, hiring, and terminations Supervise daily operations, including opening and closing duties Control inventory and food costs, track sales, and prepare reports Ensure food safety and compliance with regulations Lead by example and motivate the team to deliver consistent results
Requirements
Minimum
2 years of restaurant management experience
Hospitality background preferredFood Handler's Certificate
required (training available if needed) Bilingual:Fluent in English and Arabic (spoken and written)
Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skillsSkills
Leadership and team motivation Excellent customer service focus Ability to multitask in a busy environment Conflict resolution and decision-making
