To support this momentum, they are seeking an experienced and people-focused Restaurant General Manager to lead the operation day-to-day and help shape what comes next. This is a hands-on leadership role for a hospitality professional who thrives in owner-operated environments and values both operational excellence and guest experience. The General Manager will be responsible for the overall performance of the restaurant, leading the team, maintaining high service standards, and ensuring the culture remains rooted in hospitality, care, and community connection. $70,000 to $75,000 base salary plus substantial incentives.
