Description
Oversee all facets of restaurant operations, ensuring service excellence and seamless execution.
Lead and mentor front- and back-of-house teams, fostering collaboration, growth, and accountability.
Drive sales and profitability through effective financial management, forecasting, and cost control.
Collaborate closely with the culinary and bar teams to ensure flawless delivery of the restaurant's elevated food and beverage programs.
Maintain compliance with all health, safety, and licensing regulations.
Build and sustain guest relationships through an active presence on the floor and proactive feedback management.
Recruit, train, and motivate a high-performing team aligned with brand standards.
Support marketing, promotional, and special event initiatives to increase brand visibility and engagement.
Stay ahead of market trends and competitive insights to continually refine strategies and elevate the guest experience.
Ensure operational systems, inventory, and scheduling optimize both guest satisfaction and efficiency
Requirements
Minimum of 5 years of progressive leadership in upscale or high-volume hospitality.
Proven success managing premium dining operations with a focus on service, culture, and financial results.
Strong communication and leadership skills with a passion for mentorship.
Advanced understanding of budgeting, forecasting, and P&L management.
Experience implementing systems and technology to streamline operations.

Compensation
Base Salary: $90,000-100,000 annually
