June on Cambie is looking for a
Floor Manager
to help us deliver outstanding service and keep the energy high on the floor while guiding and supporting our team at all times. This position is hands on and requires attention to detail and great communication skills.What You'll Do:
Lead and support the front-of-house team during service Welcome guests and ensure every table has a great experience Keep communication smooth between kitchen and service teams Handle guest feedback with professionalism and care Help with training, scheduling, and special events
What We're Looking For:
2-3 years experience in a similar role in a busy, high-quality restaurant Knowledge and passion for great food, wine and cocktails. Strong people skills and a calm, positive attitude under pressure A natural leader who leads by example Evening and weekend availability
