Role Overview



The Restaurant Floor Manager oversees daily floor operations, ensures smooth service flow, and leads the front-of-house team. This role requires strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills, along with a passion for hospitality.

Key Responsibilities



Manage and support front-of-house staff during service Maintain excellent customer service standards and resolve guest concerns Coordinate with kitchen staff to ensure efficient service Train, coach, and schedule FOH team members Oversee opening and closing procedures Ensure compliance with health, safety, and cleanliness standards Monitor stock levels and assist with inventory as needed Contribute to a positive, collaborative work environment

Qualifications



Previous experience in a supervisory or managerial role in hospitality Strong leadership and communication skills Ability to stay calm and organized in a fast-paced environment Customer-focused mindset with exceptional problem-solving ability Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays Knowledge of POS systems is a plus
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 20 per week

Experience:

Restaurant management: 3 years (required)
Language:

Spanish (preferred)
Licence/Certification:

Smart Serve (required) Food Handler Certification (preferred)
Work Location: In person
