Overview

We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Restaurant Staff to join our dynamic team. This role is essential in providing an exceptional dining experience for our guests. As a member of our restaurant staff, you will be responsible for various tasks that contribute to the smooth operation of our establishment, ensuring high standards of food service and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

Prepare food items in accordance with established recipes and safety standards. Operate the POS system, including Micros POS, for efficient order processing and cash handling. Provide excellent customer service by greeting guests, taking orders, and addressing any inquiries or concerns. Maintain cleanliness and sanitation in the kitchen and dining areas to uphold food safety standards. Assist with serving food and beverages to customers, ensuring timely delivery and presentation. Handle cash transactions accurately while adhering to cash handling procedures. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth communication and workflow during busy periods. Engage in upselling techniques to enhance guest experience and increase sales.

Skills

Proficient in food preparation techniques and knowledge of food handling practices. Experience with POS systems, particularly Micros POS, is preferred but not mandatory. Strong time management skills to efficiently handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. Excellent customer service skills with a friendly demeanor towards guests. Basic math skills for accurate cash handling and transaction processing. Knowledge of sanitation practices and food safety regulations within the restaurant industry. Previous experience in a restaurant or food service environment is highly desirable. Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team while also being self-motivated when necessary.
