A propos du poste :




En tant que responsable du soutien contractuel a CBRE, vous devez offrir un service a la clientele exceptionnel. Vous fournirez un soutien operationnel et financier au responsable de compte et a son equipe, travaillerez sur un compte client et veillerez a ce que les exigences contractuelles soient respectees.

Vos responsabilites :



Repondre aux demandes et preoccupations des clients en offrant un service rapide et de qualite, et assurer les suivis necessaires pour garantir leur satisfaction. Comprendre la portee du contrat client et veiller a ce que toutes les activites soient realisees conformement a celui-ci. Agir comme un champion ou une championne des systemes financiers et operationnels. Proposer des initiatives visant a mettre en place des mesures d'economie afin d'atteindre les objectifs de reduction des couts pour le client et l'entreprise. Coordonner et integrer les fournisseurs pour les travaux planifies et reactifs, et gerer la documentation des sous-traitants. Verifier les factures traitees et s'assurer du bon codage des centres de couts. Gerer le processus de facturation : calcul des marges, emission des factures et transmission aux clients. Collaborer etroitement avec les equipes sur le terrain et le siege social afin d'assurer le traitement exact des devis et des bons de commande. Examiner et approuver les factures d'entretien et de projets conformement aux ententes contractuelles. Veiller a la coherence des livrables financiers et operationnels sur le compte. Repondre aux demandes de renseignements concernant les rapports financiers lies aux comptes clients, aux comptes fournisseurs et aux bons de commande ouverts. Soutenir la preparation des rapports mensuels pour les examens de contrats et d'unites d'affaires. Contribuer au respect des exigences en matiere de sante et securite, notamment par les rapports SSE, et promouvoir un milieu de travail securitaire. Maintenir a jour la documentation QSSE et veiller a son accessibilite dans les systemes de l'entreprise. Recueillir et analyser les donnees afin d'identifier et de resoudre des enjeux complexes et sans precedent. Formuler au besoin des recommandations sur de nouvelles approches. Proposer des ameliorations aux processus existants et des solutions afin d'accroitre l'efficacite de l'equipe.

About the Role:




As a CBRE Contract Support, exceptional customer service is essential. The role will provide operational and financial support to the Account Leader and their team, working on a customer account, ensuring contractual requirements are delivered.

What You'll Do:



Respond to client inquiries and concerns, ensuring prompt and quality service delivery, and conduct follow-ups to ensure customer satisfaction. Understand the scope of the customer contract and ensure that all work is carried out accordingly. Be a financial and operational systems champion. Propose initiatives to implement cost-saving opportunities in order to achieve customer and financial savings targets. Coordinate and onboard vendors for reactive and planned works, and manage sub-contractor paperwork. Review processed invoices and ensure accurate cost center coding. Coordinate the billing application, calculating margins, raising invoices and submitting to clients. Work closely with site teams and head office, ensuring accurate processing of quotations and purchase orders. Review and approve maintenance billing invoices and projects as per contracted agreements. Ensure consistent delivery of core operational and financial outputs on the account. Respond to inquiries on financial reports for Accounts Receivable, Payable, and open Purchase Orders. Deliver monthly reporting support on Contract and Business Unit Reviews. Assist in ensuring compliance with Health & Safety requirements, including HSE reporting and promoting a safe work environment. Maintain QHSE documentation and ensure it is available using company systems. Gather and analyze data to identify and resolve complicated, unprecedented issues. Potential recommendation of new methods might be required. Recommend enhancements to current procedures and solutions to boost the team's efficiency.
