Le programme d'avions commerciaux A220 recherche un Responsable du programme de cybersecurite A220 pour rejoindre notre equipe Cybersecurite basee a Mirabel (Quebec, Canada), ou vous dirigerez l'effort de modernisation et de securisation de notre environnement numerique.
Vous ferez partie de l'equipe Cybersecurite chargee de traiter la dette technique et cybernetique presente dans nos systemes numeriques.
L'organisation de l'equipe est etablie de maniere a promouvoir la collaboration transversale de maniere autonome, en se soutenant mutuellement et en apprenant collectivement.
Votre role en tant que
Responsable du Programme Cybersecurite
sera d'Identifier et piloter les activites de transformation, assurer la synchronisation avec les organisations mondiales de cybersecurite et rendre compte de l'etat d'avancement aux dirigeants. Vous serez rattache directement au responsable de la cybersecurite numerique pour l'Amerique du Nord, avec un lien fonctionnel avec le responsable mondial de la cybersecurite numerique. A ce titre, vous serez responsable de la gestion d'un budget de plusieurs millions de dollars.

Vos defis:
Piloter la correction des resultats d'audit critiques, notamment les informations d'identification exposees, les applications Web vulnerables, les partages de donnees non securises et les systemes d'exploitation obsoletes;
Definition et elaboration d'une approche de securite qui adhere aux processus de securite a long terme d'Airbus Corporate et IM (BPRO, Security-by-Design);
Assurer une synchronisation permanente avec les equipes de cybersecurite d'Airbus (V & DS) pour gerer efficacement les risques sans compromettre la vitesse de livraison du programme;
Coordonner l'implication des expertises en securite de differents domaines et gerer les partenaires externes (IBM, etc.) impliques dans les activites de remediation;
Assurer l'integration harmonieuse du paysage applicatif A220/Airbus Canada dans le cadre de securite global d'Airbus;
Gestion du budget du programme et allocation des ressources entre les equipes internes et les partenaires externes;
Rapport sur l'avancement du programme, les risques et les jalons au comite directeur, au commanditaire et au comite executif d'Airbus Canada;
La definition, le suivi et l'acceptation formelle des risques residuels qui ne peuvent etre corriges a court terme.
Votre profil:
Experience averee dans la direction de programmes de remediation de cybersecurite complexes et a grande echelle, de preference a la suite d'une fusion, d'une acquisition ou d'une cession;
A demontre son succes dans la gestion de budgets de plusieurs millions de dollars et dans la livraison de projets a temps dans un environnement exigeant, multifonctionnel et mondial;
Comprehension approfondie de la securite des infrastructures, y compris la segmentation du reseau, la gestion des identites et des acces (IAM), la gestion des correctifs, le renforcement du systeme d'exploitation et la securite du cloud (AWS/GCP);
Excellentes competences en gestion de projet, avec une experience pratique des frameworks Agile;
Excellente connaissance des cadres de gouvernance, de gestion des risques et de conformite de la securite d'entreprise. Une bonne comprehension des processus de securite d'Airbus Corporate et de la gestion de l'information est un atout majeur;
Competences exceptionnelles en leadership et en gestion des parties prenantes, avec une capacite averee a generer et a influencer les resultats a differents niveaux organisationnels et cultures;
Esprit axe sur le client avec la capacite de s'adapter et de prosperer dans un environnement de fabrication en evolution rapide;
Excellentes competences en communication et en reseautage ; l'anglais est requis.

The A220 commercial aircraft Programme is looking for an A220 Cyber Security Program Leader to join our Digital Cyber Security team based in Mirabel (Quebec, Canada), where you [will lead the effort to modernize and secure our Digital environment.
You will be part of the Digital Cyber Security team responsible for addressing technical and cyber debt found in our Digital systems.
The team organization is established to promote cross-collaboration autonomously, supporting each other and learning collectively.
Your role as
Cyber Security Program Leader
will be to identify and lead transformation activities, ensure synchronization with global Cyber Security organizations, and report out status to executive stakeholders. You will have a direct reporting line to the Head of Digital Cyber Security in North America with a functional link to the global Head of DS. You will be responsible for managing a multi-million dollar budget in this role.

Your challenges:
Driving the remediation of critical audit findings, including exposed credentials, vulnerable web applications, insecure data shares, and obsolete operating systems;
Defining and shaping a security approach that adherence to long-term Airbus Corporate and IM Security processes (BPRO, Security-by-Design);
Ensuring permanent synchronization with the Airbus core Cybersecurity teams (V & DS) to manage risks effectively without jeopardizing program delivery speed;
Coordinating the involvement of security expertise from different domains and managing external partners (IBM, etc.) involved in remediation activities;
Ensuring the smooth integration of the A220/Airbus Canada application landscape into the overall Airbus security framework;
Management of the program budget and resource allocation across internal teams and external partners;
Reporting on program progress, risks, and milestones to the Steering Committee, Sponsor and Airbus Canada Executive Committee;
The definition, tracking, and formal acceptance of residual risks that cannot be remediated in the short term.
Your boarding pass:
Proven experience leading large-scale, complex cybersecurity remediation programs, preferably following a merger, acquisition, or divestiture;
Demonstrated success managing multi-million dollar budgets and delivering projects on time within a demanding, multi-functional, and global environment;
Deep understanding of infrastructure security, including network segmentation, identity and access management (IAM), patch management, OS hardening, and cloud security (AWS/GCP);
Excellent project management skills, with hands-on experience in Agile frameworks;
Strong familiarity with enterprise security governance, risk management, and compliance frameworks. A good understanding of Airbus Corporate and IM security processes is a significant asset;
Exceptional leadership and stakeholder management skills, with a proven ability to drive and influence outcomes across different organizational levels and cultures;
Customer-oriented mindset with the ability to adapt and thrive in a fast-paced manufacturing environment;
Excellent communication and networking skills; English is required.
This role may involve some travels for business (worldwide).
