Relevant du Directeur Marketing, Unite d'Affaires Vaccins, le Responsable de Marque (Directeur(trice) associe(e)), sera charge des strategies marketing des vaccins antipneumococciques et veillera a ce qu'elles s'inscrivent dans la strategie globale des vaccins. Le Responsable de Marque jouera un role cle dans la definition des strategies marketing, la direction de l'equipe de marque Pneumocoque, la coordination des parties prenantes internes et la gestion des previsions et livrables afin d'assurer la reussite de la commercialisation des vaccins antipneumococciques.
Le titulaire veillera a ce que ces strategies soient alignees sur les besoins du marche et travaillera en collaboration avec les equipes Ventes, Medical, Politique et Acces, ainsi qu'avec d'autres parties prenantes cles pour maximiser l'impact.
Principales activites et responsabilites :
Diriger le developpement et la mise en oeuvre des strategies de marque pour le portefeuille de vaccins antipneumococciques sur les marches prive et public.
Collaborer avec les parties prenantes cles (Politique, Acces, Affaires Medicales, etc.) afin d'assurer l'alignement et la pertinence des strategies marketing.
Travailler avec l'equipe de developpement de contenu pour creer des campagnes favorisant la vaccination sur les marches prive et public grace a des messages cibles et des strategies centrees sur le client.
Exploiter les connaissances des clients et des consommateurs pour developper des idees et des concepts engageants, motivants et educatifs, tout en apportant une valeur ajoutee a nos clients.
Faconner l'image et la perception de nos marques en traduisant la strategie en objectifs commerciaux et en tactiques concretes, en veillant a ce que les livrables cles soient executes par l'equipe marketing vaccins.
Elaborer et suivre les previsions de ventes, ainsi que gerer le budget marketing pour les vaccins antipneumococciques prives et publics, en veillant a optimiser les ressources financieres.

Maitrisez la traduction de la strategie en plans d'action concrets et leur execution efficace pour stimuler la croissance de la marque et maximiser le ROI.

Formation:
Exigee : Diplome de baccalaureat en marketing, communications, administration des affaires ou domaine connexe.

Reporting to the Marketing Director, Vaccines Business Unit, the Brand Lead (Associate Director), Pneumococcal Brands will be responsible for the Pneumococcal vaccines marketing strategies as well as ensuring they ladder up to the broader Vaccine strategy. The Brand Lead will play a crucial role in driving marketing strategies, leading the Pneumococcal Brand Team, coordinating internal stakeholders, and managing forecast planning and deliverables to ensure the successful commercialization of Pneumococcal vaccines.
The incumbent will ensure that these strategies are aligned with the market needs and will work collaboratively with the Sales, Medical, Policy and Access teams, as well as other key stakeholders to maximize impact.
Major activities and responsibilities:
Lead the development and implementation of brand strategies for the pneumococcal vaccine portfolio across private and public markets.
Collaborate with key stakeholders (Policy, Access, Medical Affairs, etc.) to ensure alignment and relevance of marketing strategies.
Partner with the content development team to create campaigns that drive private and public market vaccination through targeted messaging and customer-centric strategies.
Leverage customer and consumer insights to develop ideas and concepts that engage, motivate, and educate while delivering added value to our customers.
Shape the image and perception of our brands by translating strategy into commercial objectives and actionable tactics, ensuring key deliverables are executed by the vaccines marketing team.
Build and monitor sales forecasts, as well as manage the marketing budget for private and public pneumococcal vaccines, ensuring financial resources are maximized.
