Le programme d'avions commerciaux A220 recherche un Responsable de la performance A220 VSM pour rejoindre notre equipe d'Excellence Operationnelle basee a Mirabel (Quebec, Canada), ou vous serez en charge du secteur Performance Management .


Vous ferez partie de l'equipe Performance Management responsable de traduire les objectifs strategiques en indicateurs mesurables et de piloter les actions necessaires pour garantir les livraisons (a temps, au cout, et en qualite) de la Chaine de Valeur A220 visant a produire notre avion de facon plus efficace, en garantissant sa competitivite et en satisfaisant les besoins de nos clients.


L'organisation de l'equipe est etablie de maniere a promouvoir la collaboration transversale de maniere autonome, en se soutenant mutuellement et en apprenant collectivement.


Votre role en tant que Responsable de la Performance A220 VSM est d'etre garant de la performance de la Chaine de Valeur (VSM) A220. Vous serez charge d'etablir un systeme de performance unique, de traduire la strategie en actions mesurables, et de piloter l'atteinte des objectifs de livraison (Temps, Cout, Qualite) de l'A220, tout en garantissant la competitivite et la satisfaction client. Ce role est la source unique de verite pour les donnees de performance de la VSM.

Vos defis:



Le titulaire du poste dirige la strategie de performance de la VSM A220 et assure l'integration de ses resultats par le biais des activites suivantes :


Traduire les objectifs Airbus (Canada & Commercial) en Indicateurs Cles de Performance (KPIs clairs) et garantir leur alignement strategique au sein de la VSM A220 (incluant la creation/validation de la Target Letter et la cascade des objectifs); Diriger la definition et l'alignement du systeme de performance, assurant la clarte entre les KPIs de resultat et les KPIs de surveillance exploitables; Garantir l'exactitude des donnees en etablissant la source unique de verite pour tous les KPIs definis (via la standardisation de KPI ID Cards); Deployer et gerer les tableaux de bord clairs et standardises a tous les niveaux de gestion; Fournir les packs consolides de performance pour les revues management strategiques (COO, Board of Directors, VSM...); Fonctionner comme Gestionnaire de la Performance : mener l'analyse des tendances, identifier les deviations, et piloter les actions correctives (Lean/PDCA) requises pour la restauration de la performance; Concevoir et mettre en oeuvre une methodologie systematique pour favoriser l'atteinte des objectifs critiques et encourager une culture d'amelioration continue; Deployer et maintenir le cadre de gouvernance formel de la VSM A220 (regles, routines, et termes de reference clairs) pour faciliter la revue et l'imputabilite de la performance; Assurer la clarte des statuts et priorites aupres de toutes les parties prenantes pour atteindre les objectifs de production et optimiser le rendement operationnel; Assurer le suivi proactif des risques et des opportunites pour anticiper et securiser les objectifs; Gerer et piloter le portefeuille d'initiatives strategiques et d'actions PDCA, assurant leur execution rapide et leur impact sur l'atteinte globale des objectifs.

Votre profil:



Vous detenez un Baccalaureat (Ingenierie, Affaires ou Gestion) ou l'equivalent; Vous justifiez de 7 a 10 ans d'experience professionnelle globale, incluant idealement 3 a 5 ans dans le secteur aeronautique ou manufacturier, specifiquement lie a l'analyse de donnees et a la gestion de la performance des projets (P&PM); Vous faites preuve d'un leadership reconnu, de fortes capacites analytiques et d'une aptitude marquee a la resolution de problemes; Vous possedez d'excellentes competences en communication (ecrite et orale) pour presenter des donnees complexes a la haute direction et mobiliser efficacement les equipes; Vous avez une experience averee en Data Analytics et une certification PMP (Project Management Professional) seraient des atouts importants; Vous avez une forte connaissance des outils et techniques LEAN / AOS, ainsi que dans le domaine du Project and Performance Management(P&PM).

Ce poste peut impliquer des deplacements professionnels (dans le monde entier).



Deplacements requis : Deplacements occasionnels aux Etats Unis et en Europe.

The A220 commercial aircraft Programme is looking for an A220 VSM Performance Manager to join our Operational Excellence department team based in Mirabel (Quebec, Canada), where you where you will be responsible for Performance Management.


You will be part of the Performance Management team responsible for translating strategic objectives into measurable indicators and for driving the necessary actions to guarantee the on-time, on-cost, and on-quality delivery of the A220 Value Stream, aiming to produce our aircraft more efficiently, ensuring its competitiveness and satisfying our customers' needs.


The team organization is established to promote autonomous, cross-functional collaboration, by mutually supporting each other and learning collectively.


Your role as the A220 VSM Performance Manager is to guarantee the performance of the A220 Value Stream Mapping (VSM). You will be in charge of establishing a single performance system, translating the strategy into measurable actions, and driving the achievement of the A220 delivery objectives (Time, Cost, Quality), all while guaranteeing competitiveness and customer satisfaction. This role is the single source of truth for the VSM performance data.

Your challenges:



The Performance Manager leads the performance strategy of the A220 VSM and ensures the integration of its results through the following activities:


Translate Airbus (Canada & Commercial) objectives into clear Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and ensure their strategic alignment within the A220 VSM (including the creation/validation of the Target Letter and the cascading of objectives); Lead the definition and alignment of the performance system, ensuring clarity between results KPIs and actionable monitoring KPIs; Guarantee data accuracy by establishing the single source of truth for all defined KPIs (via the standardization of KPI ID Cards); Deploy and manage clear and standardized dashboards across all management levels. Provide the consolidated performance packs for strategic management reviews (COO, Board of Directors, VSM...); Function as Performance Manager: lead trend analysis, identify deviations, and drive the corrective actions (Lean/PDCA) required for performance restoration; Design and implement a systematic methodology to foster the achievement of critical targets and encourage a culture of continuous improvement; Deploy and maintain the formal VSM governance framework (clear rules, routines, and terms of reference) to facilitate performance review and accountability; Ensure clarity of statuses and priorities across all stakeholders to achieve production targets and optimize operational output; Ensure proactive tracking of risks and opportunities to anticipate and secure objectives; Manage and drive the portfolio of strategic initiatives and PDCA actions, ensuring their timely execution and impact on overall target achievement.


Your boarding pass:



You hold a Bachelor's degree (Engineering, Business, or Management) or equivalent. You possess 7 to 10 years of overall professional experience, ideally including 3 to 5 years in the aerospace or manufacturing sector, specifically related to data analysis and Project and Performance Management (P&PM). You demonstrate recognized leadership, strong analytical and problem-solving skills. You have excellent communication skills (written and verbal) for presenting complex data to senior management and effectively mobilizing teams. You have strong knowledge of LEAN / AOS tools and techniques, as well as in Project and Performance Management (P&PM). Proven experience in Data Analytics and a PMP ( Project Management Professional) certification would be considered significant assets.

This position may involve business travel (worldwide). Travel required: Occasional travel to the United States and Europe.
