pour rejoindre notre equipe chez

JM Agency

, une societe holding basee a Montreal qui exploite quatre marques e-commerce DTC :

Maddle, Montreal Weights, Ascend

et

Nordik Recovery

. En trois ans, nous avons expedie plus de

100 000 commandes

au Canada. Aujourd'hui, nous cherchons un talent creatif strategique pour soutenir notre croissance et nous aider a faire rayonner nos marques a travers l'Amerique du Nord et au-dela.

Mission principal

direction creative

de plusieurs marques.

Tu seras responsable de la

coherence visuelle

innovation creative

gestion de notre bibliotheque de contenus

coordination avec nos createurs, partenaires et outils IA

Responsabilites cles



Developpement de la strategie creative




Definir des concepts forts a partir des angles et personas fournis par le marketing. Superviser la production de contenus pour tous les canaux (email, paid ads, social). Coordonner l'execution de briefs creatifs avec l'equipe, les freelances et les agences. Gerer un calendrier editorial multi-marques avec assets reutilisables.


Creation & innovation via IA




Utiliser des outils IA (ex : MidJourney, Seedream, Nanobanana, Sora 2 pro...) pour produire des visuels et videos sans echantillons physiques. Mettre en place un processus modulaire de creation IA pour les lancements en precommande.



Gestion de la bibliotheque de contenus




Organiser et structurer une mediatheque interne : videos, visuels, UGC, shoots produits. Taguer et trier les assets par usage, format, persona et angle marketing.



Coordination de partenaires creatifs




Collaborer avec le Responsable des Partenariats pour encadrer notre reseau de createurs. Adapter le niveau de guidance : script complet, bullet points ou simple axe creatif. Organiser des shootings professionnels avec photographes ou studios.



Suivi de performance




Travailler avec les equipes analytics pour comprendre la performance des creations. Proposer des iterations basees sur les meilleures conversions et insights creatifs.



Profil recherche




3+ ans dans un role creatif senior, idealement multi-marques ou agence. Experience en direction artistique et gestion de projet creatif. Solide comprehension des algorithmes et formats creatifs sur les reseaux sociaux. A l'aise avec les outils IA de creation d'images, de videos et de voix. Excellentes competences de communication et de presentation. Maitrise des outils comme Adobe Suite, Notion, Figma, ou equivalents. Organisation, rigueur, sens de l'esthetique, esprit de collaboration.

shipped across Canada, we are now seeking a creative leader to help take our brands (and upcoming ones) to the next level in North America and beyond..

Role Overview





Reporting to the

Marketing Director

, you'll be responsible for the

creative vision

,

execution

, and

content library management

across several brands. You'll also work closely with our marketing, partnerships, and media teams to produce performance-driven creative using both traditional tools and AI.

Key Responsibilities




Creative Strategy & Concepting




Translate audience personas and approved angles into scalable creative concepts. Develop modular assets for email, paid ads, organic social, and product launches. Oversee the execution of creative briefs across teams, freelancers, and agencies. Maintain brand consistency across multiple channels and brands.



AI-Driven Creation




Use AI tools (ex : MidJourney, Seedream, Nanobanana, Sora 2 pro...) to produce static and video assets, especially when actual product shots are not available. Systematize AI content production workflows to support rapid iterations.



Content Library & Asset Management




Organize and maintain an extensive multi-brand media library. Tag and categorize assets by format, use case, persona, and marketing angle. Ensure reuse of high-performing assets across channels and campaigns.



Creator Coordination & Partnerships




Collaborate with the Partnerships Manager to brief creators based on campaign needs. Adjust level of direction: from full scripts to talking points. Coordinate professional product shoots with photographers and studios.



Performance & Iteration




Review creative performance with analytics teams to identify top-performing assets. Propose iterative improvements to boost ROI across formats and platforms.



What We're Looking For




3+ years in a senior creative role (agency or multi-brand experience preferred). Strong art direction and project management skills. Deep understanding of platform algorithms and creative best practices. Experience using AI tools for creative development. Excellent visual and verbal communication skills. Fluency with tools like Adobe Suite, Notion, Figma, etc. Detail-oriented, collaborative, and passionate about building memorable brands.
