Le programme d'avions commerciaux A220 recherche un(e) Responsable de la navigabilite continue (h/f) pour rejoindre notre equipe de Navigabilite basee a Mirabel (Quebec, Canada).
Vous ferez partie de l'equipe de navigabilite continue chargee de garantir la securite des produits et la conformite reglementaire pour la flotte A220 en service. L'organisation de l'equipe est etablie de maniere a promouvoir la collaboration transversale de maniere autonome, en se soutenant mutuellement et en apprenant collectivement.
Votre role en tant que Responsable de la navigabilite continue sera de diriger la fonction de navigabilite continue, de superviser toutes les activites liees a la securite des produits et de fournir un leadership cle dans la gestion de la securite, les enquetes sur les evenements en service et la communication avec les autorites.

Vos defis:
Diriger la fonction de navigabilite continue (CAW) pour la flotte A220 en service, en garantissant la securite des produits et la conformite reglementaire.
Superviser et diriger toutes les activites liees a la securite des produits, y compris les comites d'examen de la securite, les evaluations des risques et la mise en oeuvre de mesures correctives.
Assurer la liaison avec les autorites de certification gouvernementales (telles que Transports Canada, EASA, FAA) sur toutes les questions relatives a la navigabilite continue.
Etre responsable de la performance de votre groupe en ce qui concerne les livraisons a temps, le budget et la qualite pour soutenir les objectifs de l'entreprise.
Definir les ressources necessaires, repartir le travail et suivre les progres pour livrer les projets et les activites du departement.
Participer a la preparation du budget et etre responsable de la gestion des ressources financieres.
Soutenir les employes en leur offrant un encadrement, un mentorat et une formation pour les competences techniques et generales afin qu'ils atteignent leurs objectifs.
Effectuer des evaluations de rendement, faire des recommandations sur les revisions salariales, et participer au recrutement et a l'integration des nouveaux collaborateurs.
Votre profil:
Vous detenez un baccalaureat en ingenierie et avez 8 a 10 ans d'experience dans l'industrie aerospatiale, avec une experience significative en navigabilite continue ou en securite des produits.
Vous avez de l'experience en navigabilite/certification des aeronefs en traitant avec les autorites gouvernementales et les reglements de certification (par exemple, CAR 521).
Vous possedez une bonne connaissance des systemes de gestion de la securite (SGS/SMS) et des processus d'enquete sur la securite.
Vous possedez des competences en ingenierie de projet et une bonne comprehension de la fonctionnalite des aeronefs.
Vous avez une experience significative et concluante en tant que chef d'equipe et le developpement de votre equipe est votre priorite.
Vous etes bilingue (francais, anglais) avec de tres bonnes competences en anglais oral et ecrit.
Vous possedez un grand sens relationnel et d'excellentes competences sociales/interpersonnelles.
Vous etes organise, autonome, motive par les resultats et creatif pour trouver des moyens de resoudre les problemes.

You will be part of the Continuing Airworthiness team responsible for ensuring product safety and regulatory compliance for the A220 in-service fleet. The team organization is established to promote cross-collaboration autonomously, supporting each other and learning collectively.

Your challenges:
Lead the Continuing Airworthiness (CAW) function for the A220 in-service fleet, ensuring product safety and regulatory compliance.
Oversee and lead all activities related to product safety, including safety review boards, risk assessments, and the implementation of corrective actions.
Liaise with certifying government authorities (such as Transport Canada, EASA, FAA) on all matters related to continuing airworthiness.
Be accountable for your group's performance in terms of on-time deliveries, budget, and quality to support Business objectives.
Define required resources, distribute work, and monitor progress to deliver departmental projects and activities.
Participate in budget preparation and have accountability for managing financial resources.
Support employees by providing coaching, mentoring, and training for both technical and soft skills to enable them to reach their goals.
Perform employee performance reviews, make salary review recommendations, and participate in the recruitment and integration of new employees.
Your boarding pass:
You hold a Bachelor's degree in Engineering and have 8 - 10 years of experience in the aerospace industry, with significant experience in Continuing Airworthiness or Product Safety.
You have Aircraft Airworthiness/Certification experience dealing with government authorities and certification regulations (e.g., CAR 521).
You possess a good understanding of Safety Management Systems (SMS) and safety investigation processes.
You possess developed competencies related to Project engineering and have a good understanding of aircraft functionality.
You have significant and conclusive experience as a team lead, and for you, developing and supporting your team is your priority.
You are bilingual (French, English) with very strong verbal/written English skills.
You possess great relational acumen and excellent social/interpersonal skills.
You are organized, self-motivated, driven by results, and are creative in finding ways to resolve problems.
