Responsabilit\xc3\xa9s principalesSubventions et dons communautaires :
  • D\xc3\xa9velopper et mettre en \xc5\x93uvre un plan strat\xc3\xa9gique pour les subventions et les dons communautaires qui s\'aligne avec les objectifs de responsabilit\xc3\xa9 sociale de l\'entreprise
  • G\xc3\xa9rer le processus de demande de subvention, y compris la r\xc3\xa9vision des propositions, les visites sur site et les recommandations de financement

Work Hours: FlexibleJob PurposeAs a Corporate Affairs Specialist, you will develop and oversee corporate campaigns, manage and coordinate grants and donations, and maintain and enhance the company\xe2\x80\x99s corporate image and external profile. You will provide internal communication, coordination, and support for corporate affairs initiatives.Why you?Basic Qualifications:
  • Mid-level professional with experience in corporate affairs or a similar role
  • Ideally served as a director or communication manager in a non-profit organization, particularly within the HIV/Prevention community
  • Highly organized, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
  • Flexible with working hours, including evenings and weekends
  • Willingness to travel up to 50% of the time across Canada
  • Self-sufficient and capable of working independently with minimal supervision
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to represent the team and organization effectively
  • Bilingualism (English and French) is a plus but not mandatory
  • Innovative thinker with a knack for bringing creative solutions to the table
Primary ResponsibilitiesCommunity Grants and Donations:
  • Develop and implement a strategic plan for community grants and donations that aligns with the company\'s corporate social responsibility objectives.
  • Manage the grant application process, including proposal review, site visits, and funding recommendations.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure that grant and donation activities align with the company\'s objectives and values.
  • Monitor and evaluate the impact of grants and donations, providing regular reports to measure program effectiveness.
  • Travel as needed to build relationships with external stakeholders and participate in community events.
Corporate Communication Strategy and Management:
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive corporate communication strategy for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Manage internal communications, including employee newsletters, intranet content, and company-wide announcements to ensure consistent messaging and employee engagement.
  • Oversee the creation and dissemination of external communications, such as press releases, media statements, and public relations materials to maintain a positive public image.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align communication efforts with business objectives, marketing campaigns, and corporate initiatives.
