Respite Worker
Job Description
Looking for respite worker in orleans convent glen for my 4 year old daughter.
She is non mobile, non verbal, tube fed only but super happy and loves to play with toys, listen to music, go for walks etc
Hours available can vary so I am looking for someone who has flexibility and willingness to work hours such as evenings until 930/10 and also weekends during the day AND evening weekends. Also available are mornings before school such as 7-9 to get her ready for school and pack her bag etc.
Some medical things that are required are:
Suctioning as needed
Oxygen at nights
Feed pump use
Venting and meds via tube
Chest physio
Other light physio excercises
Non negotiable is police check and CPR training certificate also must have access to a vehicle. Also must be able to carry 30lb up and down stairs with ease.
Pay is 30$ hourly for the first 90 days then increase to 32$ hourly and I pay during the shift that is worked by email transfer.
We are a dog friendly home and very easy going so serious inquiries only. We have a group of girls who work respite with us so looking to build our team to fill gaps.
