Key Responsibilities:
Provide attentive one-to-one supervision
Support established routines and activities
Assist with
personal care and hygiene as required
Promote a safe, structured, and supportive environment
Communicate effectively with caregivers regarding routines and needs
Maintain professionalism, confidentiality, and reliability
Required Qualifications & Experience:
Background in
health care, disability support, youth work, education, or a related field
Experience supporting individuals with
complex support needs
is an asset
Physically able
to provide supervision and hands-on assistance when required
Valid First Aid & CPR certification
Clear criminal record check
, including vulnerable sector
Reliable transportation
and ability to travel to Hantsport
Calm, patient, and emotionally regulated approach to care
Hours & Schedule:
Flexible, casual hours
May include
evenings and/or weekends
Approximately
up to 25 hours per month

Additional Assets:
Experience with developmental disabilities or autism support
Familiarity with non-verbal communication or structured routines
Relevant training or certifications
