We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Resort Manager to oversee the daily operations of our resort. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, a passion for hospitality, and the ability to provide exceptional customer service. This role requires a proactive approach to managing staff, ensuring guest satisfaction, and maintaining the overall quality of the resort experience.
Duties
Supervise and lead resort staff, including front desk personnel, housekeeping, and maintenance teams.
Ensure high standards of guest services are maintained at all times.
Manage daily operations, including activities, scheduling, and resource allocation.
Oversee human resources functions such as hiring, training, and performance evaluations.
Address guest inquiries and resolve any issues promptly to enhance their experience.
Collaborate with various departments to ensure seamless operations and exceptional service delivery.
Monitor financial performance and implement strategies to improve profitability.
Maintain compliance with health and safety regulations while ensuring a welcoming environment for guests.
Experience
Proven supervisory experience in a hospitality or hotel environment is essential.
Strong background in customer service with a focus on guest satisfaction.
Experience in budgeting and financial management within a resort, apartment or hotel setting.
Familiarity with front desk operations and phone etiquette is highly desirable.
Previous experience in human resources or team leadership roles is advantageous.
