About Our Opportunity
We have an exciting opportunity for a Residential Tenancy Officer 2 who will work with a team of professionals to deliver Residential Tenancy services and Condominium Dispute services on behalf of Service Nova Scotia and Internal Services.
Primary Accountabilities
As the Residential Tenancy Officer 2, reporting to the Senior Residential Tenancy Officer, you are responsible for the interpretation and application of the Acts, Regulations, policies and processes for these programs. You also deliver services to clients through administration, mediation and adjudication. In addition, you manage your own assigned caseload, while exercising a high level of independent decision making and judgment. Applying a balanced, common sense approach to problem solving and dispute resolution is a key element of this position.
Qualifications and Experience
To be successful in this position, you hold a bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree and a minimum of 5 years of related experience in delivering services to clients through administration, mediation and adjudication. An equivalent combination of education and experience will be considered.
