What We're Looking For

Dependable, tough individuals who enjoy physical outdoor work People who value timeliness, consistency, and high standards Those looking for stable winter income with the opportunity to grow year-round

Availability (Non-Negotiable)

100% availability required from morning to mid-afternoon Commitment required through the end of March Work occurs only on snowfall days when accumulation exceeds 1 cm Snow events are typically predictable several days in advance

Expectations

Start no later than 7:30 AM Driveways cleared down to the surface No tire tracks, no missed areas, no shortcuts
?

Requirements

Valid driver's license & personal vehicle Truck or vehicle with a trailer hitch if assigned 10+ properties Professional-grade tools (shovel, scraper, backpack blower; snow blower for larger routes)
Tool rentals available at affordable rates if needed.

Compensation

Assigned 5-20 driveways Paid monthly per driveway ($127-$200) Guaranteed pay -- paid even if it doesn't snow Bi-weekly payouts (7th & 22nd)
Example: 10 driveways at $150 = $1,500/month
