Position Overview:

Join our team at Silverlight Snow Removal Toronto as a Residential Snow Removal Specialist. This role focuses on manually clearing snow using shovels, snow blowers, and scrapers. You will ensure timely and efficient service to residential properties, maintaining safety and accessibility for our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

Manually remove snow from properties using shovels, snow blowers, and scrapers and salting afterwards in Toronto and surrounding areas. Collaborate with a team of 1-2 other employees, guided by a crew leader who will provide the route and schedule. Ensure all assigned properties are serviced promptly within the designated time frame.
Compensation and Benefits:

Earn a salary ranging between $20.00 to $30.00 an hour Receive an additional $250 monthly bonus for perfect attendance, no callbacks, and timely completion of properties. Compensation is paid out at the end of the shift daily.
Schedule and Work Conditions:

On-Call Commitment: You will be on call 24/7, including public holidays. This role requires availability to work whenever it snows, even on significant holidays such as Christmas, New Year's Day, and other personal significant days. If you cannot commit to being available during these times, this position may not be suitable for you. Shift Details: Work shifts are 10-12 hours long, which 2-3 of those hours are driving time between stops. Outdoor Work: The position involves working outdoors in winter conditions and requires physical stamina.
