Residential Property Manager
Job Description
We are looking for a residential Property Manager for a new rental building in the Yonge & Eglinton area. Duties include overseeing the day-to-day operations of the building. Speaking with and assisting in organizing Superintendents & other trades. Handling day-to-day resident issues. Reporting to the owners and Regional Property Manager as well as several other general duties to be discussed during the interview process. It is very important to note that this position will require some before/after hours work on occasion. This position will also require occasional communication with building staff, residents or building owners before/after hours as well. We will only consider applicants with several years of experience in the residential property management field. We are looking for experience, dedication and flexibility for this position. Job Type: Full-time Salary: $60,000.00-$70,000.00 per year Benefits:
