Colonnade BridgePort is a leading residential property management company dedicated to providing exceptional living experiences for our residents. Our portfolio includes a diverse range of properties. Reporting to the Senior Manager, Residential Marketing, we are seeking a talented Residential Marketing Coordinator to join our team and drive our marketing efforts.
Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement digital marketing strategies to enhance online presence and drive traffic to our properties' websites.
  • Create engaging content for social media platforms, email campaigns, blogs, and other marketing channels to promote our properties and engage with current and potential residents.
  • Plan and execute advertising campaigns across various platforms such as Google Ads, social media ads, and other digital advertising channels to generate leads and increase brand awareness.
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, competitive landscape, and target audience preferences to inform marketing strategies.
  • Coordinate and execute marketing events, open houses, and resident appreciation events to foster community engagement and attract new residents.
  • Work closely with the leasing team, property managers, and external vendors/agencies to ensure marketing efforts align with business goals and property needs.
  • Track and analyze marketing metrics to measure the effectiveness of campaigns and provide regular reports to management.
  • Create and oversee email marketing initiatives aimed at nurturing leads for both commercial and residential sectors.
  • Design marketing collateral and materials.
  • Collaborate with leasing for the distribution of resident surveys and collecting feedback.
  • Support for tenant engagement initiatives across the residential portfolio.
  • Responsible for tenant communication across the residential portfolio (ie: Site Manager communications, poster campaign management of Vertical Cities displays).
  • Additional marketing support as required.
  • Demonstrate professionalism, diplomacy, and tactfulness to generate a positive company image.
  • Other duties as reasonably required.

Qualifications:
  • College diploma or Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) in Marketing or a related field required
  • Valid Class G driver's license and access to own vehicle required.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills required; bilingualism (French & English) considered a strong asset.
  • Ability to work a non-traditional schedule (Monday-Friday, 10:00 am - 6:00 pm), which may include occasional evenings and weekends.
  • Ability to demonstrate professionalism, diplomacy, and tactfulness to generate a positive company image.
  • Experience with graphic design programs such as Adobe InDesign and Photoshop necessary
  • Prior experience in Property Management and RTA considered an asset.
  • Experience with Yardi and other CRM systems considered an asset.
