Position Overview:
We're looking for a collaborative, detail-oriented, and creatively minded Marketing Coordinator to join our team and help bring our marketing strategy to life. Reporting to the Director of Acquisition Marketing, this role is responsible for coordinating marketing campaigns, content development, social media management, branded materials, and internal and external communications. You'll also work closely with Sales and Support teams, IT and Technology, HR, and external vendors to ensure our brand is consistently represented across channels and initiatives.

What You'll Do:
Marketing & Content Execution:
Coordinate execution of the annual Residential marketing plan in partnership with the Director of Acquisition Marketing and broader Residential Services team.
Develop, edit, and schedule content for digital platforms (social media, website, email, blog).
Assist in campaign planning and support content creation for advertising, sponsorship, and lead generation efforts.
Create branded materials such as presentations, one-pagers, signage, and sales tools.
Maintain and update website content (WordPress); contribute to SEO and UX improvements.
Monitor marketing analytics and prepare regular reports to inform ongoing strategies.
Brand & Communications Support
Ensure all communications are on-brand, engaging, and aligned with tone and messaging guidelines.
Assist with internal communications, including employee updates, newsletters, and culture initiatives.
Liaise with vendors and creative partners for print, promo, or media production.
Support media and public relations efforts as needed, including drafting releases or pitches.
Event & Community Engagement:
Help coordinate marketing presence at industry events, community initiatives, or internal employee events.
Promote event participation through digital channels and branded collateral.
Provide on-site or virtual event support as needed, including setup and post-event follow-up.
What You Bring
Post-secondary degree or diploma in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
1-3 years of relevant experience in marketing, communications, or a similar role (co-op/internship experience welcome).
Excellent writing and copyediting skills, with an eye for storytelling and brand voice.
Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple deadlines.
Demonstrable experience and proficiency in:
o WordPress (Website CMS platform)
o Social media platforms and scheduling tools (e.g. Hootsuite)
o Canva
Working knowledge of:
o Email marketing (e.g. Brevo, Mailchimp) an asset
o Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator) an asset
Basic photography, videography, editing and graphic design skills.
A proactive, positive attitude and a willingness to learn, take initiative, and grow in a collaborative team setting.
May require availability to potentially work evenings and weekends from time to time
