Le Quebec Community Groups Network (QCGN) est un organisme \xc3\xa0 but non lucratif qui regroupe des organismes communautaires et des individus de langue anglaise \xc3\xa0 travers le Qu\xc3\xa9bec.
Nous Sommes \xc3\xa0 la recherche d\'un(e) Coordinateur(trice) Marketing et M\xc3\xa9dias Sociaux, bilingue, dynamique et cr\xc3\xa9atif(ve), pour se joindre \xc3\xa0 notre \xc3\xa9quipe de marketing et de communications. Le candidat id\xc3\xa9al doit \xc3\xaatre \xc3\xa0 l\'aff\xc3\xbbt des nouvelles, avoir une compr\xc3\xa9hension approfondie de la politique qu\xc3\xa9b\xc3\xa9coise et des besoins de la communaut\xc3\xa9 d\'expression anglaise du Qu\xc3\xa9bec.

Sous la responsabilit\xc3\xa9 du Responsable Marketing et Communications, le Coordinateur(trice) Marketing et M\xc3\xa9dias Sociaux est charg\xc3\xa9 de participer \xc3\xa0 la planification et \xc3\xa0 la mise en \xc5\x93uvre des strat\xc3\xa9gies de m\xc3\xa9dias sociaux du QCGN.
Les t\xc3\xa2ches quotidiennes peuvent inclure l\'analyse des m\xc3\xa9dias du "Daily Briefing", l\'identification des \xc3\xa9l\xc3\xa9ments qui m\xc3\xa9ritent d\'\xc3\xaatre diffus\xc3\xa9s sur les m\xc3\xa9dias sociaux et la mise \xc3\xa0 jour des plateformes de m\xc3\xa9dias sociaux du QCGN de mani\xc3\xa8re coh\xc3\xa9rente.

Responsabilit\xc3\xa9s :M\xc3\xa9dias sociaux et marketing :
  • Participer \xc3\xa0 l\'\xc3\xa9laboration d\'une strat\xc3\xa9gie en mati\xc3\xa8re de m\xc3\xa9dias sociaux afin d\'am\xc3\xa9liorer la pr\xc3\xa9sence en ligne du QCGN.
  • Aider \xc3\xa0 identifier les plateformes qui conviennent aux diff\xc3\xa9rents messages.
  • Aider \xc3\xa0 pr\xc3\xa9parer et \xc3\xa0 publier des messages bilingues sur les m\xc3\xa9dias sociaux. (Cela peut n\xc3\xa9cessiter de travailler en dehors des heures normales)
  • Analyser les m\xc3\xa9dias pour pr\xc3\xa9parer le "Daily Briefing"
  • Surveiller les plateformes de m\xc3\xa9dias sociaux au cours de la journ\xc3\xa9e.
  • Aider \xc3\xa0 la cr\xc3\xa9ation et au montage de courtes vid\xc3\xa9os pour les m\xc3\xa9dias sociaux, y compris You Tube.

  • Gestion du CRM

  • D\xc3\xa9velopper du mat\xc3\xa9riel de formation pour int\xc3\xa9grer les utilisateurs du CRM et s\'assurer que les membres connaissent ses fonctionnalit\xc3\xa9s, tant pour le personnel interne que pour les membres externes.
  • Contr\xc3\xb4ler et fournir des rapports sur diverses mesures (par exemple, le nombre d\'abonn\xc3\xa9s \xc3\xa0 la lettre d\'information).
  • Utiliser le CRM pour soutenir les activit\xc3\xa9s de sensibilisation et de mobilisation.
Coordination d\'\xc3\xa9v\xc3\xa9nements :
  • Soutenir les directeurs et gestionnaires du QCGN en assurant la coordination de projets pour des \xc3\xa9v\xc3\xa9nements tels que les webinaires, les forums, les assembl\xc3\xa9es g\xc3\xa9n\xc3\xa9rales annuelles, les assembl\xc3\xa9es publiques, les consultations communautaires, etc.
  • Collaborer avec les directeurs et les gestionnaires \xc3\xa0 la pr\xc3\xa9paration des programmes d\'\xc3\xa9v\xc3\xa9nements, \xc3\xa0 l\'\xc3\xa9laboration des plans de projet et \xc3\xa0 la pr\xc3\xa9paration des listes d\'invit\xc3\xa9s
  • G\xc3\xa9rer toute la logistique des \xc3\xa9v\xc3\xa9nements, y compris les lieux, la restauration, la diffusion en direct, les sc\xc3\xa9narios, ainsi que l\'assistance technique et audiovisuelle.
  • Cr\xc3\xa9er et animer des \xc3\xa9v\xc3\xa9nements en ligne ; superviser la salle d\'attente et surveiller les chats.

Qualifications :
  • DEC ou \xc3\xa9quivalent
  • Exp\xc3\xa9rience en tant que coordonnateur des m\xc3\xa9dias sociaux ou dans un r\xc3\xb4le similaire.
  • Excellente connaissance de Facebook, X (anciennement connu sous le nom de Twitter), LinkedIn, Instagram et d\'autres plateformes de m\xc3\xa9dias sociaux, y compris leurs diff\xc3\xa9rents styles.
  • Compr\xc3\xa9hension du r\xc3\xa9f\xc3\xa9rencement et des mesures du trafic web.

Social Media and Marketing Coordinator

The Quebec Community Groups Network is a not-for-profit organization bringing together English-language community organizations and individuals across Quebec.
We are recruiting for a dynamic and creative bilingual Social Media and Marketing Coordinator to join our marketing and communications team. The ideal candidate must be news savvy, have a thorough understanding of Quebec politics and the needs of Quebec\xe2\x80\x99s English-speaking community.

Summary
Reporting to the Marketing & Communications Manager, the Social Media and Marketing Coordinator is responsible for participating in the QCGN\xe2\x80\x99s social media planning & implementation strategies.

Daily tasks could include curating the Daily Briefing media scan, identifying items that are social media worthy and updating the QCGN\xe2\x80\x99s social media platforms in a consistent manner.

Other tasks may include playing an active role in event planning, working with the Director of Community Engagement and Strategic Alliances and assisting the Marketing and Communications Manager as required.

Responsibilities:
Social Media and Marketing:
  • Assist in developing a social media strategy to improve the QCGN\xe2\x80\x99s online presence.
  • Help identify which platforms are suited for different messages.
  • Help prepare and publish bilingual social media posts. (This can require work outside normal hours)
  • Scan media outlets to curate the QCGN\xe2\x80\x99s \xe2\x80\x9cDaily Briefing\xe2\x80\x9d.
  • Monitor social media platforms throughout the day.
  • Assist in creating and editing short videos for social media including You Tube
Member and Stakeholder Relations:
  • CRM Management
  • Ensure all data input is correct and continuously maintained.
  • Develop and maintain an in-depth understanding of the user journey to create and update as required personalized and relevant CRM strategy.
  • Test and troubleshoot various functionalities of the CRM.
  • Develop training materials to onboard CRM users and ensure members are aware of its functionalities for both internal staff and external members.
  • Monitor and deliver reports on various metrics (e.g. number of newsletter subscribers)
  • Utilize the CRM to support outreach and mobilization activities.
Event Coordination:
  • Support QCGN Directors and Managers by providing project coordination for events such as webinars, forums, the Annual General Meetings, Town Halls, and community consultations, etc.
  • Collaborate with Directors and Managers to prepare event programs, develop project plans, and invite lists.
  • Manage all logistics for events, including venues, catering, live-streaming, scenarios, as well as AV & tech-support.
  • Create and facilitate online events; overseeing waiting room and monitoring chats.
  • Assist in preparing materials for stakeholder meetings (presentations and notes).
  • Coordinate translation and editing of event materials.
  • Collaborate with Communications + Marketing team to ensure all events are promoted on social media.
Qualifications:
  • DEC or equivalent
  • Experience as a Social Media Coordinator or in a similar role.
  • Excellent knowledge of Facebook, X (formally known as Twitter), LinkedIn, Instagram, and other social media platforms including their various styles.
  • Understanding of SEO and web-traffic metrics.
  • Previous experience managing a CRM. (Experience with Yapla is an asset.)
  • Demonstrated ability and interest in event planning.
  • Strong understanding and experience with SurveyMonkey
  • Advanced Excel skills
  • Familiarity with web design and publishing.
  • AV + Video and photo editing sills are an asset.
  • Excellent multitasking skills.
  • Critical-thinking and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent time-management skills.
  • Team player.
  • Excellent interpersonal, presentation, and communication skills in both English and French (written, spoken).
