About our Client
Our client is a well-established real estate development and property management company with a long-standing reputation for quality, integrity, and innovation is currently looking for a Residential Leasing Coordinator to join their team in Vancouver on a permanent basis. This position oversees the leasing process, tenant relations, marketing initiatives, and administrative support for residential properties, ensuring seamless operations and high tenant satisfaction.
Salary- $70k + Benefits
Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional service to tenants and prospects from first inquiry through move-out.
  • Act as the primary contact for leasing inquiries, tours, and tenant communications.
  • Oversee leasing activities, including tenant screening, lease preparation, and move-in/move-out coordination.
  • Maintain accurate records in Yardi and ensure all documentation is complete and up to date.
  • Create and manage marketing campaigns for available suites, including Google Ads and Zumper listings.
  • Conduct regular market research to ensure competitive pricing and positioning.
  • Support the property management and maintenance teams with scheduling, inspections, and work order coordination.
  • Assist with rent postings, annual rent increases, and accounts receivable follow-ups.
  • Manage parking and locker rentals and program tenant fobs as required.
  • Handle tenant concerns professionally, including RTB and dispute matters.
  • Occasionally work evenings or weekends for showings and inspections.
Qualifications
  • A minimum of 1 year of previous Office Administrative experience is preferred
  • Minimum 3+ years of experience in property management, real estate, or a customer service-based role.
  • Experience in residential leasing or rental property management is an asset.
  • A bachelora??s degree in business, real estate, or a related field is an asset.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, and Office 365).
  • Experience using Yardi software is an asset.
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with a professional and courteous demeanor.
  • Ability to handle conflicts tactfully and maintain a calm, solution-oriented approach.
  • Knowledge of the Residential Tenancy Act is considered an asset.
  • Strong desire to grow and expand knowledge in residential and commercial real estate management.
