About the role

Hourly Pay Range: $20.00-23.00/hour.




What you're great at




Having excellent organizational and time management skills. Building impactful relationships with people in a short amount of time. Having knowledge of the leasing cycle, lead-to-showing process, and the tenant lifecycle. The ability to sell the value of a brand, convert prospects to happy clients. Being self-motivated. Being driven to close the sale*.




What you'll be doing




Working with the Marketing Team to source prospective tenants across the Prairie provinces. Warmly greeting prospective and current tenants. Booking and leading prospective tenants on tours of properties related to their interest. Consulting with prospective tenants to identify requirements and budgets, then matching those needs with available properties and units. Working with the Site Manager to ensure available units are presentable and move-in ready. Conducting background and credit checks of prospective tenants, and verifying other references as required. Preparing leases for Site Manager to review and approve, and obtaining signatures from Site Manager and tenant. Coordinating dates and materials related to the move-in process. Developing and maintaining a prospective tenant waitlist as needed. Touring the property regularly to ensure it is neat, tidy, attractive, and in good repair. Assisting with recordkeeping, filing, and other paperwork as required. Working with the Marketing Team to develop and maintain a docket of materials related to promotions and incentives. Working with the Marketing Team to develop and implement strategies to attract tenants. Being available to work and travel on occasional weekends and evenings depending on the issues that arise



What we're looking for




Undergraduate studies in Business, Marketing, or related fields. Experience in a related sales position with proven track record of success. High level of relationship intelligence, comfortable in a one-on-one (business to consumer) setting. Licensed Real Estate Associate Broker or Broker in Alberta, Saskatchewan, or Manitoba is an asset. Experience with YARDI is an asset Exceptional organizational, planning, and time management skills Strong analytical and negotiation skills with a problem-solving approach Team player Excellent conflict resolution and leadership skills Excellent written and verbal communication skills
