We're looking for driven sales professionals in Montreal to join our team on site, where you'll enjoy a fast-paced, people-focused environment and the chance to make a real impact every day. This is a full-time position with a flexible schedule that includes weekends (with two consecutive days off, based on a rotating monthly schedule).

Key Responsibilities:

Confidently promote and present available apartments to prospective tenants during tours. Convert leads into leases using your proven sales techniques. Manage the full rental process from initial contact to signed lease. Deliver fast, personalized, and high-quality customer service. Participate in resident events and represent our brand with pride. Maintain strong, ongoing communication with residents to ensure satisfaction and retention. Work closely with your team to reach shared goals. Support administrative tasks and perform unit inspections as needed.

What we're looking for:

Solid sales experience, in any industry (automotive, telecom, insurance, retail, etc.) Access to a personal vehicle with a clean driving record. Strong customer service and communication skills. Bilingual (French and English, spoken and written) -- advanced English required. Proactive, organized, and calm under pressure. Comfortable with Microsoft Office and modern digital tools. Available to work a flexible schedule, including weekends (you'll have two consecutive days off on a rotating monthly schedule).
