About us Ari Properties is a property management business in Halifax, NS. We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Leasing Agent. As a Leasing Agent, you will be responsible for leasing residential units. Responsibilities:
- Conduct tours of residential units and provide information to potential tenants.
- High school diploma or equivalent. Associate or bachelor\'s degree in a related field is preferred.
- Minimum of 2 years\' experience in residential leasing or property management.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- French not required
- Monday to Friday
- Weekend availability
- Commission pay
- Halifax, NS: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
