We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented

independent contractor

House Cleaner to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for maintaining clean and organized living spaces while providing excellent customer service. This role involves performing residential cleaning tasks with a focus on quality and efficiency, ensuring that each home meets our high standards of cleanliness.

Duties

Perform thorough cleaning of residential spaces, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces. Organize and declutter areas as needed to enhance the overall appearance of the home. Communicate effectively with clients to understand their specific cleaning needs and preferences. Manage time efficiently to complete tasks within scheduled timeframes. Assist with additional tasks such as cooking or hospitality services when required. Maintain a positive attitude while working independently or as part of a team.

Requirements

Previous experience in residential cleaning or hotel cleaning in Canada is a must.

Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively in English.

Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.

IMPORTANT NOTE: Must have a smart phone, own vehicle, and own cleaning supplies. Candidates without these 3 will be automatically rejected.

Premium wage given to those with specialized equipment, who have their own WCB and liability insurance - mandatory for independent contractors.

Ability to follow instructions and maintain high standards of cleanliness, perform deep cleaning, oven cleaning, to a certain standard.

A proactive approach to identifying areas that require attention or improvement. A willingness to learn new techniques and adapt to different client preferences.
