Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented House Cleaner to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality residential cleaning services, ensuring that homes are clean, organized, and welcoming. This role requires strong communication skills, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to manage time effectively while maintaining customer satisfaction.

Duties

Perform thorough cleaning of residential spaces, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces. Launder linens and towels as needed to maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards. Organize and declutter spaces to enhance the overall appearance of homes. Communicate effectively with clients to understand their specific cleaning needs and preferences. Provide exceptional customer service by addressing any concerns or requests promptly. Occasionally assist with cooking or meal preparation as requested by clients. Maintain cleaning supplies and equipment in good working order, reporting any needs for replenishment.

Requirements

Proven experience in residential cleaning or similar roles is preferred but not required. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage time efficiently. Excellent communication skills in English; proficiency in additional languages is a plus. Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality results. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team when necessary. A positive attitude and a willingness to go above and beyond for clients.
